Most people probably don't need a floppy drive anymore with huge USB thumb drives readily available and cheap, but there are occasions where it's nice to have a floppy drive if you have a large old library of floppies, or if you need to load a specialized driver from one. If you are going to get a floppy drive for your PC, try something like this:

Why use that slot in the front of your PC for just a floppy drive, when you can get a reader that will read the following:

Memory Stick / Memory Stick Pro / Memory Stick Duo / Memory Stick Pro Duo
Secure Digital / SDHC /Mini SD
Multi-Media card / RS MMC
Mini SD Card / RS MMC / Memory Stick Duo / Memory Stick Pro Duo

It's a bit more expensive, but I think it's worth it if you don't have a reader built into your PC for other SD media. Shop around a bit, or call me, and you should be able to find a much better price.
