Unlike many PC shops that are masters of the "nuke and pave" method of repair (which means they restore your system back to it's default and wipe everything you have installed or saved off of your drive with no thought to you), we will do our best to keep the integrity of your system intact. While it's not always possible to salvage a system that's been compromised, and we always suggest having a current backup, we will do our best not to delete your data.

We'll put your system through an intensive 2 day process where we will...

• Organize all of the files on your system including your system files by access date.
• Remove all spyware, and viruses
• Application audit will remove any applications which were installed without your permission.
• Any applications that need to be installed will be.
• Registry will be cleaned.
• Bios errors will be resolved.
• Your system will be secured with a functional virus scanner, and firewall.
• Complete operating system update will be performed.
• If we find any repairs or inexpensive upgrades that your system could use, we will give you a call and let you decide what you would like. The service for these is included.
• All temp files, and temp directories will be cleaned
• Disk will be checked thoroughly for errors.
• Network connections will be tested and enhanced if possible.
• Sound output will be tested and enhanced if possible.
• PC will be thoroughly detailed, and all fans will be checked for functionality.
• Devices that are not running properly will have drivers upgraded or reloaded.

Data backup $20

• * We'll make up to a 4 Gigabyte backup of your important data files to DVD. We'll even encrypt the data so only you can access the data if requested!

*Files we will back up are file types such as word documents, pdf's, xls, txt, wpd, odf, etc. You will be given a sheet where you can choose which files to backup or not backup.
